Dealer/Distributor Returns

Fapco is experienced in handling Dealer Returns. When a manufacturer allows their customers to return slow moving inventory for credit, the dealer wants the credit for the returned materials in a timely fashion. Returned parts present a number of issues. There are the issues of wrong parts, unauthorized parts, and damaged parts being returned. Fapco has worked with its customers to handle these issues, effectively operating as an extension of each customer's own returns department.
